I didn’t post yesterday, because I didn’t have much to write about. But I had a Pilates class on Monday. I like to take this class once a week because it helps me recover and relax, but at the same time, it’s still a workout.
Today I had a HIIT training before school. I’m not really a morning person, but I had a super busy day ahead, so it was the only way I could have a workout today. At first, the training felt very difficult and I wanted to quit because I was so exhausted, but I still finished and felt proud of myself. And for me, this is the most important thing about working out. After the training, I did some stretches and ate before going to school.
I will not work out tomorrow, so I will probably post something about mental health and dealing with anxiety because I have been wanting to write about this topic for a long time. Sorry for the short post, I will try to make a longer one tomorrow.
