Hey, this is my first ever blog post, so feel welcome to give me feedback.

Usually, I try to train 5-6 times a week. 3 or 4 times running and 2 or 3 times some kind of group training.

In winter, running outside is more difficult and less enjoyable, but with the right clothing and shoes totally doable. I love running outside more because it is easier to find the right pace and nature makes me feel more energetic.

Boxing classes and HIIT are my favorite because I can test my limits. But I also try to take Pilates class once a week, which is good for recovery. I love group training because I don´t think about giving up when everybody around me is still working out. While when training alone, I could just walk out of the gym whenever I want to.

This week, I have been training 4 days straight, so I decided to stay at home. I have felt super motivated this week, but I don´t want to over-train, so staying in bed all day is sometimes necessary. I already miss the gym, so I have more motivation to wake up early tomorrow and work out.
